advance or you can do it while you are checking out. All you have to do is fill

- Do I need to sign in to purchase a product?
- Yes you need to sign in to purchase a product. Signing in will allow you to
input your shipping address and billing information. This way we can get your
order out to you much faster.
- When do my products get shipped?
- If the order is placed on a business day before 11:00 am, then the order
will get shipped that same day. If the order is placed after 11:00 am, then the
order will get shipped the next business day. If the order is placed during the
weekend, then the order will get shipped Monday morning.
- Can I track my order online?
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a
confirmation email with a UPS tracking number. The tracking number will allow
you to track and check the status of your order through the UPS
website.
- Can I return an online purchase?
- You can return an online purchase as long as the items
purchased are returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. The items must
be in re-sellable condition and a restocking fee will apply. Upon receipt
of goods, a credit will be issued via check for the purchase of the original

- How much does shipping cost?
- Shipping is based on UPS standard rates for weights and
dimensions. You have the choice between UPS ground, 2nd Day Air and Next
Day Air. Shipping will also vary based on locations. Once you check out, the
cart will calculate your shipping costs.

- Your credit card gets charged as soon as the order is

- How do I change my shipping address and billing

information through your account. All you need to do is login and click on the
modify profile link. This page will also allow you to change your email address
and password too.
- How do I view my purchase history?
- Once you login, click on the orders history link and you
will be able to view all the products you have ordered through our website. All
you need to do is search for the orders based on the date
period.
- I've added my selections to basket but when I go to checkout
they are not there, why not?
- This is most likely because you have disabled cookies and/or
javascript in your browser, This commonly happens if you have something
like Norton internet security package installed and have the security
level set too high. Cookies and javascript MUST be turned on as they are

- I forgot my password and I can't login. What do I
do?
- If you forget your password and you can't login, all you
need to do is click on the recover password link found on the home page. You
will be redirected to a page where you have to input your email address. After
you enter your email address (the one you used for registration), your account
information will be mailed to you shortly.
