The website owner will use commercially reasonable efforts to direct
inquiring and complaining Customers to utilize the customer support
services offered by Client in order to resolve all disputes and
complaints.
There is a 20% restocking fee on returned stock items only.
The items must
be returned within 30 days from date of purchase and must be in
re-sellable
condition. Customer must provide reasonable basis for returning the
item(s), and website owner reserves the right to determine the validity
of such reasoning. Customer is responsible for return shipping to
seller.
Customer's name as it appears on credit card, address, phone number and
credit card numbers and expiration used for purchase as well as copy
of the invoice must accompany the returned goods. Upon receipt of
goods, a
credit will be issued via check for the purchase of the original
merchandise.
In order for you your refund to be processed properly, you must contact
us at 'refunds AT coconutzhomeandgarden.com' and obtain a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Just let us know what you are
returning and the original invoice number, and we'll send you a RMA#.
Items that are returned without authorization may get lost or returned,
and will delay and possibly prevent proper credit.
